Our process starts with a chat over a cuppa coffee, where you tell us what your business current challenges you are facing and all we do is listen and write all your challenges down so that we can offer you the best solution for all challenges that your business is currently facing.
After listening to all your business challenges and writing them down, we then assess your key business efficiency problems and identify your ERP system needs which will be explained to you during the formal demonstration meeting. During Solutions and budget, we recommend a road map to enable your company's transition to a fully integrated resource planning system. In collaboration with your team, we define a scope of work and assist with a change management plan.
Once we have covered all three steps of our process, we then move over to implementation follows, this is a crucial stage as sometimes it takes a while for customers to decide to change over to a new system.
